25 Jan Webinar: Investing in the Next Generation of Health Workforce Researchers
February 1, 2018 | 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. EST
Every two years, Emerging Voices for Global Health (EV4GH), a thematic working group of Health Systems Global, welcomes a new cohort of young, promising health policy and systems researchers from around the world into its innovative blended training program. Now EV4GH and HRH2030 have teamed up to ensure that the next generation of health workforce researchers have a voice in achieving the current — and setting the future — global health agenda. With the passage of the Global Strategy on Human Resources for Health: Workforce 2030 and the recent Dublin Declaration on Human Resources for Health, the stage is set for those willing to advocate and build evidence for improved efficiency and investment in the health workforce!
“EV4GH has enhanced my skills in health systems research, scientific presentation, interpersonal relationships, and public speaking. It has led to several opportunities to participate in international workshops, conferences, and research.”
— Dr. Isabel Kazanga, EV
