Join Us! Webinar: Mobilizing Domestic Resources for the HIV Workforce — Estimating investment needs

August 28, 2018 | 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. EDT

Sufficient financing of the HIV workforce is critical to achieving 95-95-95 targets and maintaining achievements. To ease health worker constraints, many countries have received donor support for health workers in providing HIV services. Greater analysis of the required resource needs to support the HIV workforce is important for guiding long-term health workforce planning and mobilization of domestic resources- critical to ensuring sustainability of existing investments made.

Join us!

Please join HRH2030 for a webinar on how to generate evidence of HIV workforce needs and costs. We will present approaches to conduct analyses, based on results from an investment case generated in Uganda, including descriptions of data requirements and solutions to overcome common methodological challenges. We will also discuss the need to use this evidence to advocate for more strategic investment in the health workforce to support HIV and mobilization of resources.
