12 Mar Webinar: Evidence to Action: How CLA Can Strengthen Organizational Capacity Development
Lessons from strengthening Colombia’s social service workforce through collaboration and learning
March 25, 2020 | 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. ET
In 2019, HRH2030’s Colombia activity was recognized by USAID as a winner in its Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) Case Competition for using CLA approaches in its work with the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF). By using technical evidence to inform intervention planning and incorporating monitoring and evaluation practices for reflection and learning, HRH2030 successfully enhanced strategic collaboration with ICBF and provided useful interventions and recommendations to strengthen social services.
As a part of CARE’s Evidence to Action Webinar Series and in support of their approach to adaptive management on Wednesday, March 25 HRH2030 will discuss the CLA approaches implemented in partnership with ICBF in Colombia. The team will share adaptable tools, approaches, and tips that can help webinar participants effectively incorporate CLA in their own work to address other international development challenges. There will also be time for Q&A.
