2021 has been designated by the WHO as the Year of the Health and Care Workers in recognition of the dedication of millions of health and care workers at the forefront of the COVID-19 pandemic. This campaign highlights the need to increase support and investments for health and care workers around the globe. HRH2030 recognizes the key contributions of the social service workforce in protecting and investing in communities’ health and well-being. Imagine how much more effective our health systems could be if the health workforce and the social services workforce intersected more regularly.
On Tuesday, March 16, World Social Work Day, join us as we bring together a panel of experts to discuss how an integrated, more inclusive health and social services workforce can play a critical role for communities’ health and prosperity.
