Save the Date for our Upcoming Webinar!

January 26, 2021 | 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. EST

As we enter 2021, there’s still a long road to recovery from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global health system. Despite many service delivery challenges since March 2020, many innovative adaptations have been made to continue provision of essential services particularly critical for populations receiving lifelong chronic disease treatment, such as persons living with HIV. These changes, which have yielded benefits for both health workers and the clients they serve, introduce new ways of thinking about requirements for operationalizing and optimizing the health workforce.

Some countries are moving forward with policy adaptations and financing decisions in this ever-evolving environment where resource constraints are greater than ever. Others are taking concrete actions to further adjust and sustain diverse models of service delivery while continuing to operate in a COVID environment and beyond.

Join USAID and HRH2030 as we bring together a panel presenting diverse perspectives on why the goal for HRH isn’t to “return to normal” but to create a “new normal” for 2021 and beyond. Learn how governments, countries, and implementing partners are making actionable changes to meet immediate demands and sustain gains.
