11 May Presentation: Optimizing Health Workforce Performance During COVID-19
On April 22, 2021, HRH2030 participated in USAID’s Global Health Science and Practice Technical Exchange. The session, Optimizing Health Workforce Performance During COVID-19: Innovations and Lessons for Remote Capacity Building and Supportive Supervision, focused on how the Philippines adapted existing health system structure and processes to build remote health workforce performance support. Highlighting the development and implementation of eLearning for health workforce and in-service trainers, as well as HRH2030’s operational research study on digital supervision support for health workers, the presenters shared their perspectives on the potential advantages and challenges of remote health workforce performance support.
