26 Jun Health Worker Life Cycle: A health worker-centered approach to the health labor market framework
To frame the work of our country programs, HRH2030 created the Health Worker Life Cycle Approach. While drawing inspiration from the Sousa et al. Health Labor Market Framework (which informed the World Health Organization’s Global Strategy on Human Resources for Health), this life cycle adds a human-centered angle — in fact, a health worker-centered angle. At our June 7, 2018 event entitled “Voices from the Field,” HRH2030 country representatives brought the approach to life.
