07 Dec Posters from the American Evaluation Association Annual Conference
From October 27 to October 30, 2020, HRH2030 participated in the American Evaluation Association Annual Conference (EVAL20). HRH2030 presented two posters highlighting our work strengthening social services in Colombia and optimizing the HIV workforce in Indonesia. Scroll down to view both.
Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) for Organization Capacity Building in Colombia
In Colombia, HRH2030 uses the Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) approach in its work with the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF) to strengthen organizational capacity to provide violence prevention and protection services to children and their families. This poster (click on image to enlarge, at right) shows how, by using technical evidence to inform intervention planning and monitoring and evaluation practices from the program’s onset, HRH2030 and ICBF strengthened their partnership to enhance social services.

Utilizing Data for Decision Making to Provide High-Quality, Client-Centered HIV Care in Indonesia
In Indonesia, HRH2030 took a participatory approach to data collection and analysis and built the capacity of local health stakeholders to gather and use their own HRH data to improve HIV services. This poster (click on image to enlarge, at right) synthesizes our work with the Government of Indonesia to optimize its HIV workforce and provides examples of what we learned from the data with health facility stakeholders in Jakarta.
